On this page you will find all of the forms that you might need for Uprising
XXIV.
Uprising XXIV
Pre-Registration Form - The pre-registration form will be a fillable PDF form.
You can enter all your information directly onto the form before printing.
As always, you need one copy of the form for each person that is
pre-registering, but only one total form. The form will calculate fees and
total them, however it does not take into account the family cap. If you
need to utilize the family cap on fees, please contact the
registration coordinator.
Uprising XXIV Merchant Pack
- The merchant pack will contain the agreement and rules for being a merchant at
Uprising XXIV. All merchants must also pre-register for the event.
