On this page you will find all of the forms that you might need for Uprising XXIV.
Uprising XXIV Pre-Registration Form - The pre-registration form is a PDF form you will have to print and fill in.
As always, you need one copy of the form for each person that is pre-registering, but only one total form.
If you need to utilize the family cap on fees, please contact the registration coordinator.
Uprising XXIV Merchant Pack - The merchant pack will contain the agreement and rules for being a merchant at Uprising XXIV.
All merchants must also pre-register for the event.
