REMINDER
The Barony of 1000 Eyes marshallate staff will not be conducting authorizations during Uprising.
If you need an authorization, please make sure to take care of it beforehand, or arrange your own warranted marshal & Chivalry to take care of it at the event.
To all fighters attending Uprising XXIV.
After you have arrived and settled yourself into camp. Gather your armor, weapons, SCA membership and combat authorization cards.
Proceed as soon as possible with these items to the Marshal's Point Tent (Please check times to be sure it is open).
Armor & weapons will be inspected and you will receive the appropriate stickers to show this has been done.
WHY?
On the day of battles those who already went through the "pre-check" steps above will get a abbreviated "re-check" to verify your equipment is still in good order and all there.
You will then be allowed access to the field.
Those fighter who DID NOT go through the pre-check will need to have their cards, armor and weapons inspected before being allowed on the field.
If I find a fighter on the field who decided not to go though the process to get inspected you risk not fighting again at this Uprising.
I don't want to have to kick you off the field.... so please don't give me a reason to.

The Chivalry Workshop will be held from 3 - 5 PM Thursday.
Duke Alan and other members of the Chivalry will be on hand to discuss strategy, fighting, mindset, technique and other topics in both a theoretical and practical matter.
This is a chance for all fighters to learn, discuss, practice and work with the Chivalry.
Many members of the Chivalry will be on hand to fight, train, and teach those who wish to learn.
It is a wonderful opportunity to fight with Knights you may not often get to fight.
